BOX Studios was hired to repurpose an existing 1926 Historic/Landmark Factory into a multi-use building for commercial/retail spaces, multi-family dwellings, and enclosed parking. This LEED Certified and Eco-Living environment has modernized amenities to services it’s diverse tenants. The base level main entry was completely restored to its original design. The stoned flooring and glazed wall tile were refurbished and featured with new energy efficient lighting. 2nd floor us used was reconfigured to retain 68 heated parking spaces. The remainder of the above floors consisted of 1 and 2 spacious bedrooms with 11’-15’ high ceilings, new large energy windows with exposed concrete and masonry structures.
