When Advanced Clinical relocated to the former Walgreens Innovation Center, the goal was to create a workplace that felt warm, welcoming, and distinctly non-clinical. The design balances an open, collaborative environment with the strict privacy needs of the healthcare industry through innovative solutions like movable storage towers that double as on-demand privacy walls.
Warm neutrals, vibrant accents, and layered textures create a calming atmosphere, while visual and physical connections to the adjacent pond and wildlife, enhanced by a new exit and walking path, support employee wellness. Branded elements, including a custom plexiglass feature wall that also functions as a privacy screen, reinforce identity while maintaining functionality.
Integrated technology, from automated check-in and advanced A/V to a dedicated serenity room and expanded work café, supports both operational efficiency and employee experience. Working within a modest budget and largely maintaining the existing structure, BOX successfully reimagined the space into a forward-thinking workplace that reflects Advanced Clinical’s evolving culture and vision.
