As their national partner, BOX Studios transformed their Lawrence, MA manufacturing location into a modern space designed to support both Crown Bakeries' craft and team.
The design concept was rooted in the essential ingredients of baking and was translated into clean, purposeful interiors that balance simplicity, functionality, and visual warmth. Crown’s signature royal blue branding was thoughtfully woven throughout, creating continuity across all their locations while reinforcing the company’s strong identity.
With people at the center of the design, each renovation focused on enhancing the daily experience of Crown’s employees. Collaborative workspaces were designed to support teamwork and connection, while break areas, locker rooms, and office areas provide opportunities for rest, convenience, comfort, and productivity. Each space was strategically organized to support an efficient work environment while offering a sense of calm and inspiration.
The renovation reflects Crown Bakeries’ continued commitment to growth and innovation. Through a thoughtful mix of open, flexible zones and more focused support areas, BOX Studios helped create environments that can adapt to the evolving needs of the company and its team.
