Echo Global Logistics expanded their current corporate headquarters, and redesigned key components of their existing space. The expansion was a 3 phase project which included the relocation of the main entry, relocation and expansion of their break room, relocation of executive offices, relocation of their main conference room, and addition of workstations and offices to accommodate over 750 employees.
The expansion allowed for the creation of a new entrance and reception with elevator presence. The fresh, bright entry, accented with Echo’s corporate green and blue set the tone for the new look of the office.
More efficient workstations gained maximum density, while allowing for more collaborative meeting spaces and ‘3rd place’ areas for employees to work. The centrally located break room can accommodate large meetings and is equipped with A/V technologies and flexible furniture which allow for an array of meeting styles. A game area with ping-pong, and video gaming systems is a popular spot that can also be used as a casual conference area.
