The tiki-themed "Oasis" area offers an alternative space for employees to grab a cup of coffee, have a bite to eat, or gather for a team meeting. An authentic thatched roof gazebo, bamboo elements, tiki-faced stools and a beach wall mural create a tropical oasis in the open office. Also shown is the checkered finish line to the 1/10th mile, green, oval track which circles the open office area. This area serves as a regional hub and landmark for wayfinding in the floor's almost 150,000 square feet of office space.
