Smokeball partnered with BOX Studios to refresh its Chicago office and create a workplace that reflected the company's evolution from a startup to a mature, established business. While preserving the energetic, collaborative culture that defines the organization, the design team refined the space with a more sophisticated aesthetic by reducing the prominent use of the company’s signature orange branding and introducing a more balanced, professional palette. Working within a modest budget, BOX strategically transformed the office through updated flooring and paint, refreshed branding elements, decorative lighting, and select furniture enhancements. The result is a vibrant, open environment that supports employee engagement while presenting a polished image that aligns with Smokeball’s continued growth and success.
