The primary objective for this project was to design a space that supported the heads down work of the software engineers while encouraging a fun corporate culture. Work zones were created to allow employees space to work independently and maintain focus. Collaborative zones are sprinkled through the space for impromptu meetings and brainstorming sessions. This design also encourages employees to balance work and play by providing a break room with a foosball table, fun lighting and bright colors. The result of the design is a space that is a reflection of the corporate culture. It provides employees a functional workspace, encourages collaboration and allows for a little fun while at work.
