BOX Studios was challenged to create a space that would live-up to the cutting-edge, culturally important work Tempus Labs does, while still being a welcoming and comfortable place to work-in every day. BOX Studios worked closely with their internal team to design a space that would give their fast-growing company an identity reflective of the upbeat, forward-thinking, collaborative culture that is at the heart of what they do. A mix of meeting spaces, heads-down spaces, a café and break room are distributed through-out the office to give the staff as much flexibility to maximize the activities they tackle throughout the day.

State-of the art technology is incorporated into meeting spaces and conference rooms, yet the space has an inviting feel created by complementing the technology as well as the industrial, concrete structure with a variety of soft seating arrangements, biophilia, wood elements and great amenities. The new space has eliminated the limitations of technology, lack of meeting spaces, and dimly lit space they previously occupied.
