As the digital gateway to their customers' memorable live event experiences, Vivid Seats has reinvented ticket-purchasing for more than 50,000 shows, sports and spectaculars across the US and Canada. Their rapidly growing company called on BOX Studios to design a functional and engaging space for their Chicago-based customer service team.
The goal for this space was to deliver an office and call center environment that promotes productivity and communication, while encouraging the recruitment and retention of qualified teammates. A limited budget and the physical constraints of a conventional loft space created challenges that BOX Studios worked through to provide an efficient and condensed office area that freed up space for team-building experiences. The extra space took form in an expansive hockey rink inspired break room, game and lounge spaces, and an in-house bar with custom-made taps. The live events theme doesn't stop there. Theatrical lighting, life-sized football yardage markers, and a basketball court themed lunch room give employees the best seat in the house.
